We're an on-demand production, everything is made to order, creating less waste than conventional manufacturing. Once an order is placed, we will usually complete the product in 5-7 business days, and distribute it soon after. In certain cases, we will have a high volume of orders, or a special-order garment, and will need more time. In total please allow: 1-2 weeks for UK/USA (Promotions/Holidays expect 1-3 weeks) 2-4 weeks for other international orders.

We cannot provide refunds if:

• You chose the wrong item or size

• The item isn't damaged

• The item is late or didn't arrive on time

• You no longer want the item

We only offer refunds if:

• Your item arrives damaged

• You receive the wrong item

• Your item doesn't arrive after 60 days

You have about 5-7 business days to cancel or edit an order before it begins processing in fulfillment. Once the item is processed, we unfortunately cannot cancel or edit. Please be sure and double check items are correct before purchasing to avoid any issues.

You have about 7 business days to change the address of delivery up until fulfillment but once it's processed it unfortunately cannot be change. Keep in mind we are a print on demand website using a fulfillment center and cannot easily cancel or edit orders once it's processed.

The material we chose gives a bit of wiggle room. You can typically order the size that best suites you.

The material is

Hoodies/Crewnecks: 50% pre-shrunk cotton + 50% polyester

Fitted Shirts: 100% combed ringspun cotton

Crop Tops: 65% polyester, 35% viscose
